Poznań – Słubfurt
The project aims to bring together cultural actors from the independent scene in Poznań and Słubfurt. They visit each other, get to know each other, exchange ideas and network. By sharing experiences, the project can inspire new approaches and approaches.
Lively initiatives and projects directly from the population promote participation and democracy. The Galeria Miejska Arsenał, the city of Poznań with its Centrów Inicjatyw Lokalnych (Centres of Local Initiatives) funding structure and the adult education centre (Volkshochschule) in Frankfurt (Oder) have understood this.
